Fried salmon fillet fits very well with oven -baked sweet potato, yellow turnips, broccolini and homemade mashed potatoes , and the combination provides nice colors on the plate. What really lifts this right, however the very good sauce !! 😍

Fishing sauce is a combination of white sauce and fish broth, which is flavored with shallots, white wine vinegar, a little brown sugar, a little extra butter and - very important - sweet mustard! 

So good sauce that fish dinner will be a feast!

Here comes a soft and juicy cake with wonderful taste of raspberries, coconut and lime. There is coconut and lime in both the cake dough and in the crumbs on top of the cake. 

Serve the cake with a dollop of mascarpone cream with a taste of vanilla and lime. 

Homemade pistachio is easy to make, especially if you use pre -purchased pistachio cream and condensed milk.

You don't need any ice cream machine to make this ice cream, and the pistachio will be wonderfully good!

This blueberry cake becomes really soft and extra delicious because there is grated marzipan in the dough.

The delicious almond caramel that makes up the Toscaglaze becomes crunchy and slightly delightfully chewy at the edges. 

I'm back from vacation, which ended with fantastic days in Verona. A total of 3 wonderful weeks in Italy this summer, and my notebook is full of inspiration for what I want to create this fall! 😍

Insalata Caprese is something I've eaten almost every day in Italy. Here comes a pasta salad with the same pure flavors from tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil. In addition, I've added red onion, spring onion, avocado, and shaved parmesan. The salad is tossed with a flavorful balsamic dressing.

Soon it's the weekend, and there are still some summer days left to be enjoyed! 😍 I am spending the last days of my vacation in northern Italy and have now arrived in beautiful Brescia. Before I go out to explore this lovely city, here's a tip from me about an easy yet very delicious cake. This is a moist nut base covered with sweet whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and chopped chocolate. A perfect cake to make with lovely Norwegian raspberries!
