Ein absolutt favoritt i heimen - kjapp å lage og alltid perfekt resultat. Kjekt at ho i tillegg er eggefri! Eg lagar ho alltid med laktosefritt smør og kremost og då vert kaka laktoseredusert nok for meg trass i kefiren.

Har nok laga kaka 50 gonger og har aldri hatt utfordring med å få ho ferdigsteikt, i dag gjekk det nøyaktig 30 minutt.
