La sukkeret og sjokoladen ligge litt lenger i det varme smøret, det burde absolutt smelte etter en stund. Sjokoladekremen skal ikke være kornete. Du kan eventuelt smelte over vannbad (metallbolle som ligger tett over en kjele med kokende vann). Da kan blandingen stå over varme lengre så alt smelter lettere, men pass på så du ikke får damp i sjokoladen, for da korner sjokoladen seg. Håper du prøver en gang til:)
