Hei Hilde, jeg har lagt inn at det skal være 1 ts bakepulver i kakedeigen nå. Beklager forglemmelsen. Det er også veldig viktig å ikke røre for mye i deigen etter at hvetemelet er tilsatt. Etter at eggedosisen er ferdig pisket, bruker jeg ikke lenger elektrisk maskin, men rører kun forsiktig for hånd med ballongvisp. Kaken skal ikke bli kompakt, men blir lav og myk.
