Tips, varm formen så er det lettere å glasere. La glasur og blanding være avkjølt før blanding has I forma. Dersom ikke så er det lett for at glasuren sige inn I puddingen. Står det I min arva bok "statens lærarinneskule I husstell" :) Pisk hekler ikke egga for mye, da kan puddingen bli pipet.
