Det samme skjedde hos meg, men det hjalp å tilsatt mer fløte. Jeg tror det er oppgitt litt for lite fløte i oppskriften. 1 ss kremfløte på 300 g sjokolade er veldig lite for å kunne lage flytende sjokoladeglasur.
