Easy coconut balls with strawberries

Here's an easy dessert tip, specially adapted for lazy summer days! 😍

 

 

Coconut balls and sweet, Norwegian strawberries are all you need, and the combination is delightful! 😊

 

 

This is so simple that it can't even be called a recipe, but just wait and see: You'll be met with enthusiasm when you present these coconut balls filled with strawberries! 😄

 

 

The recipe yields 10 servings. 

 

Ingredients: 

♥ 20 coconut balls 
♥ 1 basket of sweet strawberries

 

Instructions: 

Place the coconut balls on plates. 

 

 

Clean the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. 

 

 

These two strawberries grew together. 😊♥

 

 

 

 

Use a small knife to cut out a hollow on top of each coconut ball, and press down with a small teaspoon to enlarge the hollow a bit. 

 

 

Press some strawberry pieces into each coconut ball! 

 

 

Ready to serve! 😋

Tips: 

♥ I used store-bought coconut balls here. If you wish and have the time, you can certainly use wonderfully good homemade Coconut Balls

♥ The coconut balls should be kept at room temperature so that the foam inside is soft and smooth. If you put them in the fridge, the foam will harden.

♥ The quantity is of course flexible here, so make as many or as few as you want to serve.  

♥ Easy coconut balls with strawberries should ideally be made just before serving.

♥ 1 basket of sweet strawberries

Instructions

Place the coconut balls on plates.

Clean the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.

Use a small knife to cut out a hollow at the top of each coconut ball, and press down with a small teaspoon to expand the hollow slightly.

Press some strawberry pieces into each coconut ball!

Ready for serving! 😋
