Jeg forsøkte å gange oppskriften på tre. Erfaringen er at pannacottaen blir for stiv av å triple mengden gelatin. Ellers funker det greit med øvrige ingredienser. Jeg foretrekker min pannacotta noe "løsere" i stilen, så gelatin trenger man ikke nødvendigvis å øke like mye tilsvarende, med mindre man ønsker å spise armert betong-pannacotta.
