Hei, gelatinpulver kan erstatte gelatinplatene. Som nevnt over tilsvarer 1 ts gelatinpulver det samme som 2 plater gelatin. I oppskriften er det 4 plater gelatin i riskremfromasjen og 4 plater gelatin i jordbærtoppingen. Du trenger dermed 2 ts gelatinpulver i fyll og i toppingen. Rør ut gelatinpulveret i 2 ss kald vann. Smelt det deretter i 2 ss kokende vann, før det tilsettes i hhv fyll og topping.
