Jeg anbefaler å ikke bruke frosne, tinte bringebær fordi de avgir mer væske enn friske bringebær. Det vil gjøre at fromasjen vil blir litt mer rennende der bringebærene er.
Hvis du ikke har ferske bær, er det i hvert fall viktig å la bærene tine helt først, tørke dem på kjøkkenpapir og så vende dem forsiktig inn i fromasjblandingen.
