Seks eggeplommer piskes godt.
Pisk så i 250 g melis og 0,5 ts vaniljesukker. Settes på plate med teskje. La dem renne godt ut på bakepapiret.
Stekes på 100 grader i ca. 30 minutter.
Avkjøles på papiret.
