Jeg pleier å lage marengsen og sukkerbunnen dagen før. Marengsen oppbevarer jeg i romtemperatur og sukkerbunnen i kjøleskapet. Krem og sjokoladekrem lager jeg samme dag som den skal spises. Den blir alltid knallgod!
