Langpannen min er 30x40, så jeg brukte en springform på 28 cm istedenfor. Etter 30 minutter i ovnen var kaken dessverre ikke ferdig stekt. For mye stekt oppå og nesten rå i bunn. Håper en natt i kjøleskap gjør underverker.
