Hello
I have a question about a recipe.
I'm a Japanese woman interested in Nordic food culture.
I particularly love baking, and I wanted to try making bread to eat with Norwegian brown cheese, so I made a Laup med sirup and tekake using your online recipe .
It's delicious, but I'm wondering why salt isn't listed as an ingredient. Is the salt content of the butter enough? Or do I need to adjust the salt?
So, I'd like to know if those are also Norwegian tastes without salt !?
