Finnes i flere varianter, Marit. Som langpanne tror jeg det er best med denne oppskriften som gjør kremen litt mer stabil enn med sjokoladeganache, som du beskriver. Men kremfløtebasert sjokoladekrem blir luftigere, så det er min favoritt det også :-)
