Hei. Jeg laget nettopp chilimarmelade som skal være julegaver. Fant heller ikke syltesukker, så brukte fruktpektin og sukker. Jeg brukte disse blandingsforholdene, ble supergodt:
Ca 150 g chili
Ca 150 g rød paprika
5 dl eplecidereddik
400 g sukker
35 g fruktpektin
