En nydelig og dekadent kake, men jeg må innrømme jeg holdt på å steile når jeg så hvor mye sukker som skulle i, både i brownien og i peanøttkremen. Jeg vet at sånne amerikanske kaker skal ha noe helt utrolig mye sukker og det blir for mye for min del.
Jeg brukte derfor bare 3 dl sukker i brownien og 2,5 dl melis i kremen. Det ble akkurat passe etter min mening. Da behøvde jeg heller ikke å tilsette noe melk.
