Synd å høre at dette er din erfaring. Jeg synes tvert imot at denne oppskriften gir veldig myke boller, og i hvert fall ikke tørre. Kan dine boller ha stekt for lenge? Ellers kan det hende at man måler opp ingrediensene litt forskjellig slik at melmengden ble for høy.
Bollene bør fryses dagen de er bakt for at de skal være ferske ved tining. Dette gjelder all gjærbakst.
